Chao Family Visit Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Memorial

The Honorable Elaine L. Chao, sister Angela Chao, Vice Chair of Foremost Group, and father Dr. James S.C. Chao, Chairperson of Foremost Group visited the Ruth Mulan Chu Chao Memorial Hall at the Shanghai Maritime University in April 2013. The Chao family met with students and school officials, who thanked the family for their support of the university throughout the years.
