OCA Westchester & Hudson Valley awarded Dr. Chao with its Dynamic Achiever Award

The OCA Westchester Hudson Valley in New York awarded Dr. James S.C. Chao, Chinese-American merchant mariner, business leader, and philanthropist, the Dynamic Achiever Award.

Dr. Chao has actively promoted values in education. The Chao family has funded scholarships that benefited over 5000 students.
